Shipping:
♥ I ship by USPS flat rate priority. (Small: $6, Medium: $12, Large: $16)
♥ I will use a different shipping method for very small items. (I'm not going to charge you $6 to ship a bow.)
♥ I have not lost a package to date, but I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
♥ Buyer will be responsible for customs, if applicable. I can mark down the amount upon request.

Refunds:
♥ Partial refunds will only be issued in the case of my error. (For instance, if I forgot to mention a stain.)
